​We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the WIS PNW Mentorship Program. Our mission is to help women pursue their professional aspirations by building community and encouraging collaboration. Together, we aim to provide the tools, support, and expertise you need to grow in your career.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the time commitment?
​Pairs are expected to meet ideally at least once a month from May through October. Meetings can be virtual or in-person, depending on individual preferences and availabilities. We will also hold a culmination event in November to celebrate our achievements!
Who is eligible to join?
​The program is open to all female members of Women in Surety Pacific Northwest across all experience levels.
How are pairs matched?
Our committee carefully reviews applications to match mentors and mentees based on location and preferences elected. Register using the button below to complete the questionnaire to help us find your perfect match!
